Now
I am excited to let whoever reads this know about MetaMarkets.com, one of several projects that has gelled since my departure from Barclays. I'm very proud of the work we're doing there, so I plead and beg with any and all to hop over and become frequent participants.
I took the inevitable mid-life siesta that was offered to
me, but no matter what, my mind kept coming back to what are fundamentally business, not
leisure issues:
How is the networked, information based economy going to change the world (and it
is)?
How far behind the information economy is
information law (patents and trademarks), and what does it mean for competition?
Is Y2K really a threat, and if so, where are the
opportunities?
How have the capital markets adapted to the
changing business environment fostered by instant, relatively free, and accessible data?
How are organizations, as living breathing
entities, adapting?
Is "virtuality" the savior or fleecing of
corporate America?
What does all this mean to the fundamental art of
marketing?
So, these are the things I am working with. It would
be inappropriate here for me to outline the various projects I am working on, but they all
focus on these basic themes. If your interested, send me some mail and let's chat.
If you really have to offer me work, here's my CV.
